What is your shipping policy?

Please note that we are actively working on expediting our shipping times and to expect delivery within 14-25 days after ordering. Thank you in advance for your patience as we are a small business and constantly learning.

After the order is shipped and received by our partner, we will update you with a Tracking Number so you can track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to appear.

*If you are shipping to an address in the US, shipping will be free of charge (you're welcome!). If you are shipping to an international address, shipping costs will be based on where we are shipping to.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love our products & community but in the event that you don't, refunds & returns can be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

Can I change the shipping address of my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email us by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.

Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address, or from an International address to a domestic US address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. 

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive (we are all human, including big shipping companies!). Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but please make sure to check with neighbors in the meantime.

If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email us, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that we may assist you further! :)

Do you have a phone number I can contact?

What mental health organizations do you donate to?

We currently donate to the National Alliance on Mental Illness but are open to donating to others.
